At Thrifted.com, we want you to love your vintage finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with all Thrifted tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your vintage garments in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are firmly attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
